You have four options available if you received an overpayment and have been notified that you owe a balance to KDOL: pay the full amount, create a payment plan, appeal the amount of the overpayment, or request a waiver.

Failure to take action on one of the four options within 16 calendar days of the mailed date on the Notice of Overpayment will result in the overpayment amount becoming final and the debt referred for collection.
